The staff was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Doctor was very kind and gentle. She's actually the first dentist that I've encountered that was super gentle and I felt absolutely no Discomfort or pain. I would Definitely recommend to family, friends or anyone !!!❤️🥰

The staff were all so nice and patient. Always accommodating. My dentist Dr Alfonso was very caring and also her assistant Lizaida. I would recommend Best Smile as a great place to get dental work done. I’m pleased with my results!

It has been a week since my visit and I am still sore. The effort to obtain the X-rays of my right molars caused excruciating pain during the procedure to my tongue, frenulum and gum. The employee even said I have a small mouth yet continued repeating with the big equipment. I asked if they had a pediatric size. She was determined to get the best photos. I have been eating soft, non spicy foods as a result. In addition, they did not reveal that my insurance would not cover the X-rays and basic cleaning until I arrived for the appointment so I had to pay cash. Overall, it was a painfully disappointing experience.

Simply amazing! The staff is great and super helpful, and they speak English and Spanish. They explain everything in detail and make sure you feel comfortable and never pressured into doing any procedures. I’ve been to multiple dentists who told me I needed several procedures and cavities filled, which turned out not to be true. When I come to Best Smile Cosmetic Dentistry, they take the time to reassure me about what I actually need rather than suggesting unnecessary treatments just to bill my insurance or charge me out of pocket. They also offer many forms of payment aids in case you have to pay out of pocket. I moved to another state, and I still travel back just to see Dr. Gonzales for all my dental procedures. Haven't found a sincere dental office that can compete with them! They are trustworthy and truly amazing. I highly recommend this place!

By far the best dental office you could ever visit, the ambiance and tasteful decor make you feel like you’re in a spa getting ready for a facial or relaxing massage, the staff is always polite knowledgeable and friendly. Ive used Best Smile for years and they make you feel like you’re family…we just brought our daughter a 15 year old girl in to have her wisdom teeth extracted and the whole thing was handled in a gentle manner I felt like I was handing off my daughter to a relative to have this procedure done, she was fully informed in a very gentle way of what to expect prior and post op, she was anesthetized and the procedure was done in less than an hour. Thank you to the entire staff of Best Smile for taking care of Ayla we knew we had her in the best hands and the best care possible from the second we walked in.
